  • I work with you to find the root of your symptoms. By looking wholistically at your system, I help you design nutritional, physical, emotional, and spiritual support (if you wish) so you can live you most balanced life. I hope to help you live a life where your symptoms are in remission and you can lean into life without thinking about “white knuckling” your OCD, Anxiety, or Marital relationship.

  • For the standard 50 min therapeutic hour the out of pocket cost is $150 for either individual or couples counseling.

    I also offer 80 minute sessions for Discernment Counseling. These sessions are $225 dollars.

    Starting in February, I will be taking Aetna insurance and can file this insurance for you.

    For clients with all other insurance coverage, I offer receipts for reimbursement and you can file a claim with your insurance.

    Most clients do this on a monthly basis. Most of my clients are reimbursed.

    I will help you learn every step of the way. And when our relationship is through, you will know how to continue to engage with yourself in a new way to support your ongoing healing as a human.

    Many clients working with me describe our sessions as “something they have never done before”.

    They often let me know with relief and gratitude that they have finally connected with and cared for parts of themselves they have been chasing for years.

    Often clients leave slightly worn out, like they have just finished a good workout.

    I frequently remind my clients to remember to drink plenty of water and have lost of self compassion the rest of the day.
